That won’t happen on party bus wine tours with Damien!
It isn’t really a bus – it’s more like a nightclub on wheels fully equipped with everything you need to party between venues. Drinking and dancing are allowed on board and partying is compulsory!

Our all-inclusive party bus wine tour packages are here! Take the hassle out of your day and have us arrange absolutely everything. It’s the simplest way to plan a party. We give you one per-person price that includes bus hire, tastings and lunch at our premium, party-friendly venues.
- Max of 27 people (we can do larger groups, just not in party buses) If your current guest numbers are slightly over 27, chances are they will drop below 27.
- We have a min number of 12 people. You can have less but you’ll still pay for 12.
- You can pretty much play the day any way you want provided it fits into 6hrs to 6.5hrs from pickup to drop off.The pickup time is fixed at 9:30am (unless you’re travelling on a weekday)
- The drop off time is between 3:30pm & 4pm (unless you’re travelling on a weekday)
- If you’d like an alternate time, just ask.

Where are you getting picked up and dropped off?
This will determine how many venues you can do.
- Anywhere over 35 mins from Pokolbin ie: Newcastle / Lake Macquarie – you can do 3 venues, including lunch.
- Anywhere 35 mins or under from Pokolbin ie: Cessnock, Lovedale, Rothbury, Nulkaba, Cameron Park – you can do 4 venues including lunch. (Anywhere within 30 mins of Pokolbin)

notes on booking
- Only $400 is required to book.
- If your tour is scheduled to finish at 4pm we’ll automatically add $55 for extra time. That’s once off – NOT per person.
- When you book just select the number of people you think you will have. If your numbers are different when the balance is due, just let us know and we’ll amend the invoice.
- Read the terms and conditions
- There is a $400 REFUNDABLE security bond payable the week of the tour. This will be refunded on the Monday after the tour.

- Wineries are NOT nightclubs or your local pub and therefore a certain standard of behaviour is required.
- NO alcohol to be consumed before boarding the bus
- Strictly NO drugs.
- While there are no purchase requirements we ask that out of courtesy you support the venues that support us and buy some of their exceptional products.
